| Abstract: | Розглянуто сутність та поняття системного та ситуаційного підходів до управляння підприємством в умовах невизначеності; проведено фінансово-економічний аналіз діяльності НВЦ БНАУ; оцінено наявну систему управління досліджуваного підприємства на основі застосування системного та ситуаційного підходів; сформовано методичний підхід щодо удосконалення елементів системи управління НВЦ БНАУ; надано рекомендації з підвищення ринкової адаптивності НВЦ БНАУ. |
| Description: | The essence and concept of systemic and situational approaches to enterprise management under conditions of uncertainty were considered; a financial and economic analysis of the activities of the Scientific and Technological Center of the BNAU was conducted; the existing management system of the studied enterprise was assessed based on the application of systemic and situational approaches; a methodological approach was formed to improve the elements of the management system of the Scientific and Technological Center of the BNAU; recommendations were provided to increase the market adaptability of the Scientific and Technological Center of the BNAU. |
