| Abstract: | Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню теоретико-методичних та практичних аспектів формування та функціонування системи антикризового управління на підприємстві (на прикладі ПП «Острівське»). У роботі розкриті питання щодо функціонування механізму антикризового управління підприємством та його особливості. У роботі запропоновано вдосконалити процес управління фінансово-економічною діяльністю, шляхом використання інноваційних інструментів в організації антикризового управління підприємством. |
| Description: | The qualification work is devoted to the study of theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of the formation and functioning of the anti-crisis management system at the enterprise (on the example of Ostrivske PE). In the work, questions regarding the functioning of the mechanism of anti-crisis management of the enterprise and its features are revealed. The work proposes to improve the process of managing financial and economic activities by using innovative tools in the organization of anti-crisis management of the enterprise. |
