| Abstract: | Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню теоретико-методичних та практичних аспектів системи стратегічного управління бізнес-процесами на підприємстві. У роботі розкрито теоретичні основи сутності управління бізнес-процесами та їх роль в стратегічному розвитку підприємства, особливі риси стратегічного управління інноваціями, розроблено стратегію діяльності підприємства на основі стратегічних інструментів менеджменту, обґрунтовано аналітичне забезпечення моніторингу діяльності підприємства та організаційно-прикладні засади вдосконалення системи стратегічного управління підприємством з метою підвищення ефективності його діяльності. У роботі запропоновано вдосконалити систему стратегічного управління підприємством шляхом використання інноваційних технологій. |
| Description: | The qualification work is devoted to the study of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the system of strategic management of business processes at the enterprise. The work reveals the theoretical foundations of the essence of business process management and their role in the strategic development of the enterprise, the special features of strategic management of innovations, the strategy of the enterprise is developed on the basis of strategic management tools, the analytical support for monitoring the enterprise's activity is substantiated, and the organizational and practical principles of improving the system of strategic management of the enterprise in order to improve the efficiency of its activities. The work proposes to improve the system of strategic management of the enterprise through the use of innovative technologies. |
