| Abstract: | Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню особливостей удосконалення мотиваційного механізму в системі управління персоналом на підприємстві (на прикладі ТОВ «Фастівка»). У роботі розкрито сутність та особливості формування механізму мотивації персоналу підприємства, вивчені методичні підходи до питання аналізу ефективності різних методів мотивації персоналу на підприємстві, обґрунтовано організаційно-прикладні засади вдосконалення мотиваційного механізму в системі управління персоналом підприємства з метою підвищення ефективності його діяльності. У роботі запропоновано вдосконалити процес забезпечення механізму мотивації персоналу на підприємстві шляхом розробки різних методик, які враховують індивідуальні особливості та характеристики працівників підприємства. |
| Description: | The qualification work is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of improving the motivational mechanism in the personnel management system at the enterprise (on the example of Fastivka LLC). The work reveals the essence and peculiarities of the formation of the mechanism of motivation of the company's personnel, studied methodological approaches to the issue of analyzing the effectiveness of various methods of motivating personnel at the company, substantiated the organizational and applied principles of improving the mechanism of the motivational mechanism in the company's personnel management system in order to increase the efficiency of its activities. The paper proposes to improve the process of ensuring the mechanism of personnel motivation at the enterprise by developing various methods that take into account the individual characteristics and characteristics of the enterprise's employees. |
