| Abstract: | У підручнику висвітлено сучасний стан овочевого сортового генофонду та напрями селекції в Україні та світі, теоретичні основи олеографії, як науки про сортові ресурси овочевих рослин. З метою забезпечення майбутнього фахівця практичними навичками аналізу та використання сортименту овочевих і баштанних культур для різних напрямів технологій вирощування, післязбиральної доробки, маркетингу і переробки висвітлено системи внутрішньовидових класифікацій, особливості мінливості морфологічних ознак і біологічних особливостей та сучасний стан їхнього сортового різноманіття. Подано сучасні класифікації сортів ча і баштанних культур для різних напрямів споживання. |
| Description: | The textbook highlights the current state of the vegetable varietal gene pool and breeding trends in Ukraine and the world, the theoretical foundations of oleography as a science of varietal resources of vegetable plants. In order to provide the future specialist with practical skills in analyzing and using the assortment of vegetable and melon crops for various areas of cultivation technology, post-harvest processing, marketing and processing, the intraspecific classification systems, the peculiarities of the variability of morphological traits and biological features and the current state of their varietal diversity are highlighted. Modern classifications of tea and melon varieties for various areas of consumption are presented. |
