| Abstract: | Сімейне підприємництво є специфічною галуззю наукових досліджень, оскільки економічні відносини у ньому тісно взаємопов'язані із соціально-психологічними відносинами. Головним суб'єктом виступає сім'я як соціальна спільність, що формується зв'язками спорідненості, батьківства, подружжя. Вітчизняний досвід сімейного підприємництва характеризується значними історичними розривами, які впливають періодичні втрати як історичного, і соціального досвіду його розвитку. Закономірним наслідком цих розривів є проблеми, із якими стикається сучасна економіка при відновленні інституту сімейного підприємництва. Запропоновано авторський підхід до трактування поняття «сімейне підприємство», як мікропідприємство, на якому працюють члени однієї сім'ї, які беруть участь у власності та управлінні |
| Description: | Family entrepreneurship is a specific branch of scientific research, since economic relations in it are closely interconnected with sociopsychological relations. The main subject is the family as a social community formed by ties of kinship, parentage, and marriage. The domestic experience of family entrepreneurship is characterized by significant historical gaps, which are affected by periodic losses of both historical and social experience of its development. A natural consequence of these gaps are the problems faced by the modern economy in restoring the institution of family entrepreneurship. Goal. Based on the generalization of the scientists' research, propose an author's approach to the formation of the theoretical foundations of the functioning of family business as a special form of entrepreneurship. |
