| Abstract: | Методичні вказівки для виконання аудиторної та самостійної роботи з навчальної дисципліни «Переговори і медіація» призначені для здобувачів 1-го року навчання другого (магістерського) рівня вищої освіти спеціальності 081 «Право». Метою публікації є формування знань здобувачів щодо переговорів і медіації, як альтернативних способів вирішення спорів/конфліктів, а також оволодіння навичками мирного врегулювання спорів/конфліктів, формування вміння бути посередником однієї сторони спору/конфлікту (переговори) або незалежним посередником між сторонами (медіація). Структура публікації передбачає комплексний і диференційований підхід до вивчення здобувачами запропонованих тем як самостійно, так і під керівництвом викладача та містить зміст, контент змістових модулів, завдання для підготовки та контролю вивченого. |
| Description: | Methodical instructions for performing classroom and independent work on the academic discipline "Negotiations and Mediation" are intended for students of the 1st year of study of the second (master's) level of higher education, specialty 081 "Law". The purpose of the publication is the formation of knowledge of the applicants about negotiations and mediation, as alternative ways of resolving disputes/conflicts, as well as mastering the skills of peaceful resolution of disputes/conflicts, formation of the ability to be a mediator of one side of a dispute/conflict (negotiations) or an independent mediator between the parties (mediation). The structure of the publication provides for a comprehensive and differentiated approach to the study of the proposed topics by the applicants, both independently and under the guidance of a teacher, and contains the content, the content of the content modules, tasks for the preparation and control of the studied. |
