| Abstract: | В тезах розглядаються окремі юридичні аспекти самозахисту військовослужбовців. Проаналізовано положення Статуту внутрішньої служби Збройних Сил України та Статуту гарнізонної та вартової служб Збройних Сил України стосовно застосування зброї військовослужбовцями та можливої юридичної відповідальності за такі дії. Враховано окремі обставини стосовно необхідної оборони при загрозі життю стосовно права на самозахист особи. |
| Description: | Some legal aspects of self-defense of military personnel are considered in theses. The provisions of the Statute of the Internal Service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Statute of the Garrison and Guard Services of the Armed Forces of Ukraine regarding the use of weapons by servicemen and possible legal responsibility for such actions were analyzed. Certain circumstances regarding the necessary defense in the event of a threat to life are taken into account in relation to the right to self-defense of a person. |
