| Abstract: | В роботі досліджено теоретичні засади та ефективність управління цифровізацією бізнес-процесів підприємства ТОВ «Нова Графік». Обґрунтовано впровадження заходів з управління цифровізацією на досліджуваному підприємстві. Визначено особливості впливу цифровізації на управління підприємствами в умовах стрімких цифрових трансформацій загалом та в розрізі окремих напрямків виробництва. Доведено важливість використання інноваційних цифрових технологій як одного з основних засобів забезпечення конкурентоспроможності сучасного підприємства. |
| Description: | The paper examines the theoretical principles and effectiveness of digitalization management of business processes of “Nova Graphik” LLC. The introduction of the main aspects of digitalization management and ways of its improvement at the investigated enterprise are substantiated. The peculiarities of the influence of digitalization on the management of enterprises in the conditions of rapid digital transformations in general and in the section of individual directions of production are determined. The importance of using innovative digital technologies as one of the main means of ensuring the competitiveness of a modern enterprise has been proven. |
