| Abstract: | Досліджено: сутність понять «зміна» та «управління змінами» на підприємстві; з’ясовано механізм управління змінами на підприємстві; надано організаційно-економічну характеристику «НВЦ БНАУ»; досліджено процедуру управління змінами на досліджуваному підприємстві; запропоновано напрями удосконалення управління змінами на підприємстві. |
| Description: | Investigated: the essence of the concepts of change and change management at the enterprise; the change management mechanism at the enterprise was clarified; the organizational and economic characteristics of the NRC of the BNAU were provided; the change management procedure at the investigated enterprise was investigated; directions for improvement of change management at the enterprise are proposed. |
