| Abstract: | Мотивація працівників є комплексом управлінських заходів, націлених на підвищення прибутковості діяльності внаслідок зростання якості й ефективності роботи співробітників організації. Мотивація співробітників не обмежується низкою заходів матеріального стимулювання, а націлюється на удосконалення фаховості співробітників, формування в них корпоративного духу, охоплює також моральні заохочення, соціальні пільги, нестандартні стимули до здійснення фахової діяльності. |
| Description: | Employee motivation is a set of management measures aimed at increasing the profitability of the activity due to the increase in the quality and efficiency of the work of the organization's employees. The motivation of employees is not limited to a number of financial incentives, but is aimed at improving the professionalism of employees, forming a corporate spirit in them, and also includes moral incentives, social benefits, and non- standard incentives for carrying out professional activities. |
