| Abstract: | У статті йде мова про можливості інсайт-технологій та комунікаційні підходи в різних варіаціях під час проведення навчальних практик. У процесі дослідження було розглянуто та обґрунтовано доречність використання інсайт-методів з метою забезпечення інтеграції накопиченого досвіду здобувачів освіти. Означено основні умови використання акмеологічних технологій, які забезпечують виявлення найважливіших чинників досягнення професіоналізму майбутніх спеціалістів. |
| Description: | The article discusses the possibilities of insight technologies and communication approaches in different variations during training practices. In the course of the study, the relevance of using insight methods in order to ensure the integration of the accumulated experience of students was considered and substantiated. The basic conditions for the use of acmeological technologies, which guarantee the identification of the most important factors in achieving the professionalism of future specialists, are defined. |
