| Abstract: | Досліджені теоретичні, методичні та практичні аспекти побудови системи мотивації праці працівників сільськогосподарських підприємств. Розкриті особливості функціонування мотиваційного механізму у ТОВ «Фастівка». Зазначено, що основою мотиваційного механізму працівників підприємства є матеріальне стимулювання через впровадження тарифної системи, застосування відрядної системи оплати праці. Запропоновані напрямки вдосконалення системи мотивації праці працівників, шляхом впровадження передового зарубіжного досвіду, ширшого застосування нематеріальних форм мотивування працівників. |
| Description: | The theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of building a system of labor motivation for employees of agricultural enterprises were studied. The peculiarities of the functioning of the motivational mechanism at "Fastivka" LLC are revealed. It is noted that the basis of the motivational mechanism of the company's employees is material stimulation through the introduction of tariff systems, the use of piecework payment systems. Suggested directions for improving the system of employee motivation, through the introduction of advanced foreign experience, wider use of non-material forms of employee motivation. |
