| Abstract: | Досліджені теоретичні та методичні аспекти управління фінансово-економічною діяльністю банків. Розкриті особливості управління фінансово-економічною діяльністю Білоцерківського відділення ПАТ «Акордбанк». Зазначено, що основою управління фінансово-економічною діяльністю банку є стратегічне планування, яке ґрунтується на детальному стратегічному аналізі й прийнятті відповідних управлінських рішень. Запропоновані напрямки удосконалення управління фінансово-економічною діяльністю банку, зокрема, в напрямку підвищення ефективності управління активами, розширення клієнтської бази, застосування більш гнучкої депозитної політики. |
| Description: | The theoretical and methodical aspects of the management of the financial and economic activity of banks are studied. The peculiarities of the management of financial and economic activities of the Bila Tserkva branch of CB “Acordbank” PJSC). It is noted that the basis of the management of the bank's financial and economic activities is strategic planning, which is based on a detailed strategic analysis and the adoption of appropriate management decisions. Suggested directions for improving the management of the bank's financial and economic activities, in particular, in the direction of increasing the efficiency of asset management, expanding the client base, and applying a more flexible deposit policy. |
