| Abstract: | У статті досліджено правові аспекти, які впливають на поширення режиму спільної власності на майно набуте чоловіком та жінкою під час спільного проживання без реєстрації шлюбу. Визначено способи встановлення факту спільного набуття майна. Визначено основні ознаки при яких може бути встановлено фактичне проживання спільно чоловіка та жінки без укладення шлюбу. |
| Description: | The article examines the legal aspects that affect the spread of the regime of joint ownership of property acquired by a man and a woman during cohabitation without marriage registration. Methods of establishing the fact of joint acquisition of property are defined. The main signs that can be used to establish the actual cohabitation of a man and a woman without concluding a marriage have been determined. |
