Використання інтерактивних методів навчання в аграрних закладах вищої освіти

Abstract

Створення умов для розвитку та самореалізації кожної особистості є головною метою української освітньої системи, що сприяє формуванню інтелектуального потенціалу нації як найвищої цінності суспільства, котре гостро відчуває потребу у високоосвічених кадрах. Особлива увага приділяється підготовці спеціалістів аграрної галузі, адже подальший розвиток людства неможливий без сільськогосподарського виробництва, що складає основу його існування. Становлення майбутнього фахівця агропромислового комплексу безпосередньо залежить від формування належних особистісних якостей, здобуття наукових фахових знань, умінь та навичок, що необхідні для виконання ним професійних обов'язків. Сучасний стан розвитку аграрної освіти характеризується новими підходами, її модернізацією, реформуванням та переглядом організа-ційно-педагогічних форм підготовки сучасних фахівців, формування професійної компетентності під час навчання. Тому, актуальним питанням сьогодення є дослідження сутності інтерактивного навчання та визначення ефективності його застосування у закладах вищої освіти, зокрема, при підготовці спеціалістів аграрного сектору. Creating conditions for the development and self-realisation of each individual is the main goal of the Ukrainian educational system, which contributes to the formation of the nation's intellectual potential as the highest value of society, which is in dire need of highly educated personnel. Particular attention is paid to the training of agricultural specialists, as further development of humanity is impossible without agricultural production, which is the basis of its existence. The formation of a future specialist in the agro-industrial complex directly depends on the formation of appropriate personal qualities, acquisition of scientific professional knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for the performance of professional duties. The current state of development of agrarian education is characterised by new approaches, its modernisation, reform and revision of organisational and pedagogical forms of training of modern specialists, and the formation of professional competence during training. Therefore, an urgent issue of today is to study the essence of interactive learning and determine the effectiveness of its application in higher education institutions, in particular, in the training of agricultural specialists.
