| Abstract: | Раннім методом діагностики гепатопатії є визначення в строватці крові активності індикаторних та гепатоспецифічних ферментів (АСТ, АЛТ, ГГТ, ЛФ, ЛДГ). Клінічно гепатодистрофія діагностується на пізніх стадіях хвороби. При цьому в сироватці крові змінюється також кількість альбумінів, білірубіну, сечовини та креатиніну. |
| Description: | An early method of diagnosing hepatopathy is to determine the activity of indicator and hepatospecific enzymes (AST, ALT, GGT, LF, LDH) in the blood stream. Clinically, hepatodystrophy is diagnosed in the late stages of the disease. At the same time, the amount of albumin, bilirubin, urea and creatinine also changes in the blood serum. |
