Abstract: У наш час постійних змін та перетворень людство стало дуже активно використовувати природні ресурси. Як ми знаємо, природа нашої держави вражає своєю різноманітністю та багатомірністю, останнім часом спостерігаються все більше і більше результати завданої їй шкоди антропогенними чинниками. Нераціональне використання, забруднення шкідливими речовинами, знищення флори і фауни - все це причини екологічної кризи, яка стрімко набирає обертів в Україні. Екологічна проблема нашої держави має вирішуватись правовими способами шляхом вдосконалення діючого та прийняття новою законодавства.
Description: In our time of constant changes and transformations, humanity has become very active in using natural resources. As we know, the nature of our country is impressive with its diversity and multidimensionality, recently more and more results of damage caused to it by anthropogenic factors have been observed. Irrational use, pollution with harmful substances, destruction of flora and fauna - all these are the causes of the ecological crisis, which is rapidly gaining momentum in Ukraine. The environmental problem of our country should be solved by legal means by improving the current legislation and adopting new legislation.
