| Abstract: | Епоха якісних змін у суспільному житті громадян нашої держави створює передумови для різних сценаріїв розвитку держави, права та політики. Потреба переоцінки стратегічного розвитку державно-правової організації суспільства та його політичного життя ставить проблему трансформації держави і права в центр наукової концептуалізації, робить її предметом гострих дискусій. Дане політико-правове дослідження ґрунтується на визнанні того факту, що складність і багатоаспектність предмета дослідження – перспективи трансформації національної держави і права в умовах сучасності – вимагали звернення до міждисциплінарної методології як правової науки так і психології. |
| Description: | The era of qualitative changes in the social life of the citizens of our country creates prerequisites for various scenarios of the development of the state, law and politics. The need to reassess the strategic development of the state-legal organization of society and its political life puts the problem of the transformation of the state and law at the center of scientific conceptualization, making it the subject of heated discussions. This political and legal study is based on the recognition of the fact that the complexity and multifacetedness of the subject of research - the prospects for the transformation of the nation state and law in the conditions of modernity - required an interdisciplinary methodology of both legal science and psychology. |
