| Abstract: | Акцентовано увагу на відповідальності за корупційні правопорушення, суб’єктах корупційних діянь у сфері вищої освіти. Доведено, що корупція в освіті є небезпечним феноменом, так як посягає на встановлені законодавчо цінності та стандарти. Встановлено, що недостатня увага приділяється питанням запобігання корупції уповноваженими на це органами. Пропонується більш чітко окреслити розуміння «корупції у освітній сфері» та її суб’єктів у законодавстві. |
| Description: | Attention is focused on responsibility for corruption offenses, subjects of corrupt acts in the field of higher education. It has been proven that corruption in education is a dangerous phenomenon, as it encroaches on legally established values and standards. It has been established that insufficient attention is paid to the issue of corruption prevention by the authorities. It is proposed to more clearly outline the understanding of "corruption in the educational sphere" and its subjects in the legislation. |
