Abstract: Отримано залежності нагріву дизельного біопалива в паливному баці, визначено вплив режиму роботи дизельного двигуна внутрішнього згорання на показники процесу нагріву, обґрунтовано режим роботи дизельного двигуна Д-245 підчас нагріву дизельного біопалива в паливному баці.
Description: In the cost structure of agricultural production are essential costs associated with fuel and lubricants, untimely provision which leads to a decrease in economic efficiency of management. As a result of research carried out differential model of heating fuel in the fuel tank for which the solution obtained differential equation heating fuel relative to the final temperature of the fuel in the fuel tank based on the parameter values that are in the process of heat transfer equation: The equation defines the relationship between technological and structural parameters of the fuel tank and liquid heat exchanger for heating it, which is located in the fuel tank. In order to verify the theoretical dependence Experimental research process heating biodiesel in the fuel tank when the engine at idling speed. The studies by heat exchange process parameters and the experimental temperature dependence of the fuel in the fuel tank. Based on the heat exchange process parameters and structural parameters of the fuel tank Theoretical modeling process of heating fuel in the fuel tank and a theoretical dependence of the dynamics of heating fuel. The deviation of the experimental and theoretical values estimated fuel temperature index determination, which is η2 = 0,953, which makes it possible to draw a conclusion about the correctness of the chosen methods of theoretical calculations. In the course of the research, the experimental curves influence speed of the crankshaft engine D-245 when running idle for an hour flow rate passing through the heat exchanger and hourly fuel consumption. Based on the data of hourly flow rate and fuel parameters heat exchange process by theoretical simulations of the impact depending on the operating mode of the engine to idle for a time and fuel consumption in the commission of heating fuel in the tank between 13 and 30 ° C. Analysis of the dependency indicates negligible impact on engine speed rate of heating fuel in the fuel tank. So increasing the idle from 700 to 2000 rpm the rate at which heat consumption by 13%, with an increase in fuel consumption by almost double. Our studies suggest that the speed of the crankshaft of the engine have little effect on the time of heating fuel in the fuel tank but significantly affect the increase in fuel consumption, so it is advisable to heat the fuel in the fuel tank at the minimum idling speed of the engine.
