| Abstract: | В роботі досліджено теоретичні основи впровадження інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій у сфері публічного управління, проведено аналіз впровадження інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в діяльності територіальної громади та виявлено шляхи покращення впровадження інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в Гребінківської громади. Виявлено проблематику ефективності використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в публічної організації, відсутність електронної системи зворотного зв’язку, системи звернень та опитувань в громаді, проблеми покриття Інтернетом віддалених сіл громади, відсутність комп’ютерного забезпечення для запуску роботи ЦНАПу Гребінківської громади. Практична значущість результатів дослідження полягає у формулюванні практичних рекомендацій із вдосконалення інформаційно-комунікативних технологій у діяльності Гребінківської громади, подальшій інтеграції системи документообігу громади із інформаційно- комунікаційною інфраструктурою, зменшенню витрат на одержання документів з реєстрів для надання адміністративних послуг, залученню громади до міжнародних проектів та співробітництва, забезпеченню автоматизації ЦНАПу громади, пошуку провайдерів для вирішення проблем з покриттям Інтернет. |
| Description: | The basic concepts of the work examines are the theoretical foundations of the implementation of information and communication technologies in the field of public administration were investigated, an analysis of the implementation of information and communication technologies in the activities of the territorial community was carried out, and ways of improving the implementation of information and communication technologies in the Hrebinkiv community were identified. The problems of the functioning of the system use of information and communication technologies in a public organization, the lack of an electronic feedback system, the system of appeals and surveys in the community, the problems of Internet coverage of remote villages of the community, the lack of computer support for the launch of the work of the TsNAP of the Hrebinkiv community were revealed. The practical significance of the research results lies in the formulation of practical recommendations for the improvement of information and communication technologies in the activities of the Hrebinki community, further integration of the community document circulation system with the information and communication infrastructure, reduction of costs for obtaining documents from registers for the provision of administrative services, involvement of the community in international projects and cooperation , ensuring the automation of the community's TSNAP, finding providers to solve problems with Internet coverage. |
