| Abstract: | В роботі досліджено теоретичні основи формування громадянської позиції молоді; формування навичок та громадянських компетентностей в української та європейської молоді; розкрито шляхи формування ефективної молодіжної політики на рівні територіальних громад. Виявлено проблему формування молодіжної політики України та громадської активності молоді. Практична значущість результатів дослідження визначається тим, що результати наукового дослідження дозволили запропонувати шляхи покращення громадської активності молоді в діяльності територіальної громади та реалізації молодіжної політики на місцевому рівні. Розроблено рекомендації щодо напрямів реалізації молодіжної політики в діяльності Білоцерківської громади з урахуванням досвіду країн ЄС та обґрунтовано шляхи розширення активності молоді в громадській діяльності Білоцерківської громади. |
| Description: | The basic concepts of the work examines are the theoretical foundations of the formation of the civic position of youth; formation of skills and civic competences in Ukrainian and European youth; ways of forming an effective youth policy at the level of territorial communities are revealed. The problem of formation of youth policy of Ukraine and public activity of youth was identified. The practical significance of the research results is determined by the fact that the results of the scientific research allowed us to propose ways to improve the public activity of youth in the activities of the territorial community and the implementation of youth policy at the local level. Recommendations were developed regarding the implementation of youth policy in the activities of the Belotserki community, taking into account the experience of the EU countries, and the ways of expanding youth activity in the public activities of the Belotserki community were substantiated. |
