| Abstract: | Гідрогравітаційний метантенк, що містить верхню, нижню та середні камери зброджування, трубопровід для подачі біомаси до верхньої камери зброджування, переливні трубопроводи, перепускні крани для біомаси та біогазу, патрубки з кранами для завантаження та вивантаження органічної біомаси, які встановлено у нижній камері зброджування, а також патрубок відводу біогазу, трубопровід для відведення біогазу з камер зброджування, компресор, сполучений з ресиверами низького та високого тиску біогазу, який відрізняється тим, що трубопровід для подачі біомаси до верхньої камери зброджування проходить через внутрішню порожнину всіх камер зброджування, причому нижня камера зброджування сполучена через перепускні крани з ресивером високого тиску біогазу, а трубопровід для відведення біогазу з камер зброджування - з ресивером низького тиску біогазу через компенсаційну ємність та регулятор вакууметричного тиску біогазу. |
| Description: | The invention relates to agriculture and can be used as part of biogas units for the production of biogas and organic fertilizers of liquid manure and dung. Disclosed is a hydrogravitation methane tank comprising an upper, lower and middle fermentation chambers, pipeline for biomass supply to the upper fermentation chamber, overflow conduits, bypass cocks for biomass and biogas, tubes with cocks for organic biomass loading and unloading mounted in the lower fermentation chamber and a tube for biogas discharge, pipeline for biogas discharge from the fermentation chambers, compressor connected to receivers of low and high pressure biogas. The pipeline for biomass supply to the upper fermentation chamber passes through inner cavity of all fermentation chambers, the lower fermentation chamber is connected through bypass cocks to the receiver of high pressure biogas, and pipeline for biogas discharge from the fermentation chambers is connected to the receiver of low pressure biogas through compensation tank and biogas vacuum gage pressure controller. |
