| Abstract: | У роботі представлено обґрунтування формування теоретичних та розробку практичних рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення управління сталим розвитком міста в контексті підвищення якості життя населення. Автором було оцінено можливості розвитку електронного урядування як інноваційного підходу до вирішення проблем управління містом Біла Церква та підвищення якості життя його населення під час війни; окреслено проблеми та перспективи розвитку соціальних послуг у м. Біла Церква під час війни та у повоєнний період; визначено складові стратегії мотивації у забезпеченні сталого розвитку громади міста Біла Церква. |
| Description: | The work presents the rationale for the formation of theoretical and development of practical recommendations for improving the management of sustainable development of the city in the context of improving the quality of life of the population. The author assessed the possibilities of developing electronic governance as an innovative approach to solving the problems of managing the city of Bila Tserkva and improving the quality of life of its population during the war; the problems and prospects of the development of social services in the city of Bila Tserkva during the war and in the post-war period are outlined; the components of motivation strategies in ensuring the sustainable development of the Bila Tserkva community are determined. |
