Abstract: За результатами досліджень встановлено, що зернофураж уражений грибами роду Aspergillus, серед яких переважають види Aspergillus fumigatus та Aspergillus flavus. Найвища контамінація спотерігалась у зерні пшениці та кукурудзи. Виділені продуценти стеригматоцистину та охратоксину.
Description: Based on the results of research, it was established that grain fodder is affected by fungi of the genus Aspergillus, among which the species Aspergillus fumigatus and Aspergillus flavus predominate. The highest contamination was observed in wheat and corn grains. Isolated producers of sterigmatocystin and ochratoxin.
