Abstract

In accordance with the curriculum, the methodological guidelines cover the organizational issues of the functioning of biotechnological laboratories, the subject and tasks of biotechnology as an educational discipline, the features of aseptic cultivation of plant cells, tissues and plants, methods of regulating biotechnological processes. The main provisions of clonal micropropagation and diagnostics in genetic engineering are disclosed.
