| Abstract: | У даній методичній роботі аналізуються концептуальні засади формування професійної мотивації студентів. Представлено структурно-функціональний аналіз форм та засобів взаємодії сучасного ринку освіти і ринку праці. Розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо управління процесом формування професійної мотивації, студентів як фактора конкурентності на ринку праці. |
| Description: | In this methodical work the conceptual principles of formation of professional motivation of students are analyzed. The structural-functional analysis of forms and means of interaction of the modern market of education and the labor market is presented. Practical recommendations for managing the process of formation of professional motivation, students as a factor of competitiveness in the labor market have been developed. |
