| Abstract: | Магістерську кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено: дослідженню сутності, понять та основних напрямків застосування інформаційних технологій; здійсненню аналізу господарсько-економічної діяльності ДП «НТЦ «АГРОСЕПРО» НААН»; проведенню визначення впливу сучасних інформаційних технологій на діяльність ДП «НТЦ «АГРОСЕПРО» НААН»; розробленню проєкту по впровадженню CRM-системи у ДП «НТЦ «АГРОСЕПРО» НААН»; дослідженню розвитку підприємства ДП «НТЦ «АГРОСЕПРО» НААН» на основі впровадження CRM-системи. Об’єктом дослідження є система інформаційних комунікацій на підприємстві, сукупність процесів щодо запровадження CRM-системи на підприємстві, можливість її запровадження та застосування на практиці. Предметом дослідження є процес запровадження сучасної CRM системи як фактору підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства ДП «НТЦ «АГРОСЕПРО» НААН». |
| Description: | The Master's thesis is devoted to: researching the essence, concepts, and main directions of information technology application; analyzing the economic activities of the State Enterprise "NTC "AGROSEPRO" of the NAAS; determining the impact of modern information technologies on the activities of the State Enterprise "NTC "AGROSEPRO" of the NAAS; developing a project for implementing a CRM system in the State Enterprise "NTC "AGROSEPRO" of the NAAS; studying the development of the enterprise "NTC "AGROSEPRO" of the NAAS based on the implementation of a CRM system. The object of the research is the system of information communications at the enterprise, the set of processes for implementing a CRM system at the enterprise, the possibility of its implementation and application in practice. The subject of the research is the process of implementing a modern CRM system as a factor in increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise "NTC "AGROSEPRO" of the NAAS. |
