| Abstract: | Досліджено, теоретичні положення формування конкурентних переваг сільськогосподарських підприємств та методичні рекомендацій щодо їх оцінки. Використано сукупність загальнонаукових методів пізнання економічних явищ і процесів: аналізу й синтезу; теоретичного узагальнення; абстрагування та порівняння; балансовий; системний; графічний. Здійснено оцінку умов ведення господарської діяльності підприємства, проаналізовано результати фінансово-господарської діяльності; визначено загрози і можливості у роботі підприємства, його конкурентні переваги, а також слабкі і сильні сторони досліджуваного підприємства. Зроблено висновок, що у процесі формування конкурентних переваг підприємства необхідно враховувати усі чинники впливу, зокрема як внутрішні, так і зовнішні, оцінку конкурентних перваг здійснювати за групою показників, які характеризують як виробничий, так і організаційний бік діяльності підприємства. |
| Description: | Theoretical provisions of formation of competitive advantages of agricultural enterprises and methodical recommendations for their evaluation are investigated. A set of general scientific methods of cognition of economic phenomena and processes is used: analysis and synthesis; theoretical generalization; abstraction and comparison; balance sheet; system; graphic. The conditions for conducting economic activities of the enterprise are assessed, the results of financial and economic activities are analyzed; threats and opportunities in the work of the enterprise, its competitive advantages, as well as the weaknesses and strengths of the enterprise under study are identified. It is concluded that in the process of forming the competitive advantages of an enterprise, it is necessary to take into account all factors of influence, including both internal and external ones, and to assess competitive advantages by a group of indicators that characterize both the production and organizational aspects of the enterprise. |
