| Description: | An analysis of the historical and legal foundations and practical problems of ensuring the rights and freedoms of the child was carried out. The main stages of formation of the concept of ensuring the rights and freedoms of the child are outlined. The concept and structure of the mechanism for ensuring the rights and freedoms of the child have been analyzed, and the criteria for its effectiveness have been determined. |
