| Abstract: | Узагальнено наукові праці сучасних вітчизняних учених щодо організації діяльності органів публічної влади на місцевому рівні з метою визначення проблемного поля магістерського дослідження, уточнено понятійно-категорійний апарат. Здійснено аналіз нормативно-правового забезпечення діяльності публічної влади в адміністративному районі в умовах децентралізації. Розглянуто наукові підходи до модернізації системи публічного управління територіями. |
| Description: | The scientific works of modern domestic scientists on the organization of public authorities at the local level in order to determine the problem field o f master's research are summarized, the conceptual and categorical apparatus is specified. The analysis of normative-legal maintenance of activity of public power in the administrative area in the conditions of decentralization is carried out. Scientific approaches to the modernization of the system of public management of territories are considered. |
