Особливості формування урожайності зерна ячменю ярого за різного удобрення в умовах Лісостепу України

Abstract

В роботі висвітлено питання впливу мінеральних добрив на ріст і розвиток рослин, урожайність та якість зерна ячменю ярого. Внесення мінеральних добрив збільшувало вміст елементів живлення в сухій речовин: азоту – на 0,49-0,64%, фосфору – на 0,11-0,24%, калію – на 0,29-0,54%. На кінець вегетації вміст елементів живлення у грунті зростав лише по азоту на варіанті N60Р30К30. Рухомого фосфору і калію – зменшувався. Добрива позитивно впливають на інтенсивність кущення. При внесенні N60Р30К30 загальне кущення зростає до 3,4 а продуктивне – до 2,3 стебел на рослину. Внесення міндобрив підвищує накопичення зеленої маси рослин, розвиток кореневої системи, висоту рослин, урожайність і якість зерна. Найвищий урожай зерна (34,3 – 41,0 ц/га) за три роки забезпечує внесення під ячмінь ярий повних мінеральних добрив N60Р30К30. Мінеральні добрива, внесені під ячмінь ярий, підвищують якісні показники зерна пивоварного ячменю. Значний вплив на підвищення вмісту білка в зерні мали азотні добрива. Вже при додатковому внесенні N30 в зерні збільшилось білку до 10,43 %, або на 13,0 % більше порівняно з контрольним варіантом. Дальше підвищення дози азоту до N45 дало можливість збільшити вміст білку до 10,9 %. І найвищим (11,4 %) він був в зерні ячменю ярого на ділянках з внесенням N60 на фоні Р30К30. Найвищий чистий прибуток одержали на варіанті N60Р30К30.- 4480,06 грн/га грн. Найвищий рівень рентабельності на контролі – 58,3%. На контролі і найвища собівартість зерна – 228,16 грн/ц.

The paper highlights the influence of mineral fertilizers on the growth and development of plants, yield and quality of barley grain. The introduction of mineral fertilizers increased the content of nutrients in dry matter: nitrogen - by 0,49-0,64%, phosphorus - by 0,11-0,24%, potassium - by 0,29-0,54%.At the end of vegetation, the content of nutrients in the soil increased only by nitrogen in the version N60Р30К30. Mineral fertilizers introduced under barley spring increase the quality of brewery barley grain. Nitrogen fertilizers had a significant effect on increasing the protein content of the grain. Already with the additional introduction of N30 in grain increased protein to 10.43%, or 13.0% more than the control variant. Further increasing the nitrogen dose to N45 made it possible to increase the protein content to 10.9%. And the highest (11.4%) was in the spring barley grain in the plots with the introduction of N60 against the background P30K30.
