Особливості інформаційно-комунікаційного забезпечення органів місцевого самоврядування під час військової агресії (за матеріалами Сквирської міської територіальної громади)

Abstract

Досліджено особливості та напрями удосконалення інформаційно-комунікаційного забезпечення органів місцевого самоврядування під час військової агресії за матеріалами Сквирської міської територіальної громади. Використано метод узагальнення – для дослідження теоретико-методичних аспектів інформаційно-комунікаційного забезпечення Сквирської міської територіальної громади; економіко-статистичного аналізу – для оцінки стану інформаційно-комунікаційного забезпечення органів місцевого самоврядування Сквирської міської територіальної громади. Виявлено теоретико-методичні складові інформаційно-комунікаційного забезпечення місцевого самоврядування; оцінено практику інформаційно-комунікаційного забезпечення діяльності органів місцевого самоврядування під час військової агресії; подано пропозиції щодо удосконалення інформаційно-комунікаційного забезпечення органів місцевого самоврядування під час військової агресії. It has been investigated of the theoretical foundations of the improvement of information and communication support of local self-government bodies during military aggression were studied based on the materials of the Skvyrа city territorial community. It has been used the method of generalization was used - for the study of theoretical and methodological aspects of information and communication provision of the Skvyrа city territorial community; economic and statistical analysis - to assess the state of information and communication support of local self-government bodies of the Skvyrа city territorial community. It was revealed the peculiarities of the theoretical and methodological components of information and communication provision of local self-government; the practice of information and communication support for the activities of local self-government bodies during military aggression was assessed; proposals were submitted to improve the information and communication support of local self-government bodies during military aggression.
