Анотація
У статті проаналізовано роль управлінського менеджменту в підвищенні ефективності діяльності підприємств. Метою статті є вивчення суті менеджменту та адміністрування і аналіз його ролі в ефективному функціонуванні підприємств. В ході дослідження було виявлено, що розвиток управлінського менеджменту відбувається за законами суспільства та функціональними закономірностями. Доведено, що ефективне управління неможливе без дотримання ділової етики. Загалом розвиток менеджменту в Україні гальмує тіньова економіка, яка ототожнюється з легальною, корупція, аморальність, економічна невизначеність, зниження довіри населення до справедливого громадського порядку, послаблення основних принципів верховенства права та відсутність правової бази для менеджменту.

The article analyzes the role of managerial management in increasing the efficiency of enterprises. The purpose of the article is to study the essence of management and administration and analyze its role in the effective functioning of enterprises. The development of management in Ukraine depends on many resources ‐ organizational, technical, material, and human. The content of administration is very broad and requires detailed analysis. Analyzing the sources of the research problem, we can conclude that the topic of the role of administrative management in the work of the enterprise is of great interest to both domestic scientists. In the course of the research, it was found that the development of managerial management takes place according to the laws of society and functional regularities. It takes place according to the laws of society and functional regularities. Modern trends in the economy led to the emergence of such functional components of management as human resources management, communications, information, innovation, investment, creation, situational management, operational management, strategic management, corporate management, anti‐crisis management, environmental management, cross‐cultural management, and management risks. It has been proven that effective management is impossible without compliance with business ethics. Modern management should be based on ethical values. Ethics of business relations as a component of business ethics and management theory defines a system of moral values, norms, and parameters in relations between producers and consumers, between organizations, companies, and states, between managers and employees of organizations, and between organizations as a whole. In general, the development of management in Ukraine is hampered by the shadow economy, which is equated with the legal one, corruption, immorality, economic uncertainty, a decrease in public confidence in a fair public order, a weakening of the basic principles of the rule of law, and the lack of a legal basis for management.
