Анотація
Новітні умови розвитку світової економіки диктують українським
підприємствам вимоги до оновлення системи бухгалтерського обліку та складання
фінансової звітності в контексті застосування сучасних цифрових інструментів, які
дозволяють більш повно використовувати інформацію, інші забезпечують захист
інформаційних систем підприємства. Зважаючи на надзвичайно складні умови
функціонування українських підприємств в реаліях останніх декількох років, особливої
уваги набувають питання забезпечення фінансової безпеки економічного суб’єкта,
через це практично всі трансформаційні процеси на підприємствах розглядаються
крізь призму потенційного впливу на фінансову безпеку. Саме тому в статті
систематизовано існуючі цифрові інструменти фінансової звітності та конкретизовано
вплив застосування кожного з них на стан фінансової безпеки підприємств

The latest conditions of the development of the world economy dictate
requirements for Ukrainian enterprises to update the accounting system and prepare
financial statements in the context of the use of modern digital tools that allow more complete
use of information and ensure the protection of the company's information systems.
Considering the extremely difficult operating conditions of Ukrainian enterprises in the
realities of the last few years, special attention is being paid to the issue of ensuring the
financial security of an economic entity, because of this, almost all transformational processes
at enterprises are considered through the prism of potential impact on financial security. That
is why the article systematizes the existing digital tools of financial reporting and specifies the
effect of using each of them on the state of financial security of enterprises. It also summarizes
the development factors of accounting and financial reporting under the influence of modern
digital tools and systematizes their impact on financial security. It has been proven that the
majority of Ukrainian enterprises today need to implement a high‐quality system of document
flow optimization and information protection, which will allow to increase the degree of
protection of the enterprise from threats of the internal and external environment. The digital
tools of financial reporting are detailed and it is indicated in what way the application of each
of the tools will enrich the system of ensuring financial security at the enterprise. In general, it
has been proven that today there are a significant number of technologies and digital tools
that can facilitate, optimize, automate and make the process of preparing financial statements
more transparent, as well as indirectly positively affect the state of the company's financial
security
