dc.descriptionThe purpose of this writing is to conduct historical analysis of the development of local government in Ukraine. At the time of the decentralization of power in Ukraine and the urgent need for territorial reform, the study of the evolution of social relations in local government has significant importance. Despite the fact that in our country statehood is a relatively young phenomenon which lasts only third decade, the process of establishing the institution of local government was formed much earlier. Therefore, the study of the genesis and development stage of this institution is important to use historical experience in modern realities. In modern jurisprudence there is a number of works devoted to directly to issues of the historical development of the institute of local selfgovernment in Ukraine and corresponding historical traditions . Yes, to some extent, the problem being studied in the works of leading domestic scientists , including Hrushevsky D.Yavornitsky, Y.M.Todyk , V.S.Zhuravsky , B.A.Rusnak and other scientists. The study of the evolution of this phenomenon in our country is not only a scientific theory and historical, but also practical and legal significance. For quality and effective implementation of the reforms only to use the analogy of the currently existing advanced models of local government, if not taken into account the national mentality, traditions and its own historical experience will not be sufficient.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractУ період проголошення реформ в Україні, спрямованих на розбудову державності в цілому, що мають на меті побудову сучасної європейської держави, здійснення низки заходів задля децентралізації влади та пошуків оптимальної моделі організації влади на місцях питання власного історичного досвіду є вагомим та актуальним. Дослідження еволюції цього явища на теренах нашої країни має не лише наукове теоретико-історичне, а й прикладне юридичне зна- чення, оскільки для якісного та ефективного запровадження реформ недостатнім є лише використання аналогії з нині діючими передо- вими моделями місцевого самоврядування, якщо при цьому не буде враховано національну ментальність, традиції та власне історичний досвід України.uk_UA
