dc.descriptionВивчали дію ферментів антиоксидантної системи (супероксиддисмутаза, каталаза), перекисне окислення ліпідів (гідропероксиди, дієнові кон'югати, TBA-активні сполуки), окислювальну модифікацію білків та ендогенну інтоксикацію (молекули середньої маси) у плазмі сперми та спермі кнурів-плідників. Реакції вільнорадикального перекисного окислення білків і ліпідів у здорових сперматозоїдів кнурів характеризується стабільним рівнем активності, який необхідний для нормального перебігу процесів, пов'язаних із впровадженням репродуктивної функції. Всі компоненти антиоксидантної системи у фізіологічних умовах перебувають у взаємному взаємозв'язку компенсаційного співвідношення.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe antioxidant system enzymes activity (superoxide dismutase, catalase), lipid peroxidation of lipids (hydroperoxides, diene conjugates, TBA-active compounds), oxidative modification of proteins, endogenous intoxication (medium mass molecules) were investigated in the plasma of sperm and sperm of boars. Reactions of free radical peroxide oxidation of proteins and lipids in healthy boars sperm are characterized by a stable level of activity that is necessary for the normal course of processes associated with the implementation of reproductive function. All components of the antioxidant system under physiological conditions are in mutual compensatory ratios.uk_UA
