Анотація
У статті досліджено особливості функціонування аграрних холдингових компаній та їх вплив на
розвиток аграрного сектору в сучасних умовах. Висвітлено нормативно-правове забезпечення створення та функціонування агрохолдингових компаній. Встановлено, що сучасні агрохолдингові формування є найбільш конкурентоспроможною формою організації агропромислового виробництва в
Україні. Обгрунтовано переваги аграрних холдинговихкомпаній порівняно з іншими типами сільськогосподарських підприємств. Виокремлено найбільші агрохолдинги в Україні за розміром виручки й
земельного банку. Висвітлено рейтинг агрохолдингів-лідерів виробництва сільськогосподарської
продукції, напрямки їх діяльності та спеціалізацію. Окреслено проблеми, пов'язані з недоліками
організаційної та функціональної діяльності аграрної холдингової компанії як суб'єкта аграрного виробництва. Запропоновано заходи, що нададуть змогуаграрним холдинговим компаніям забезпечити позитивний еколого-економічний і соціальний ефект в умовах сталого розвитку сільського господарства та гарантування продовольчої безпеки країни.
Опис
The article examines the peculiarities of the functioning of agricultural holding companies and their
influence on the development of the agricultural sector in modern conditions. The regulatory and legal
support for the creation and functioning of agricultural holding companies is highlighted. As a result of the
conducted research, it was established that there is no generally accepted or official definition of the concept
of "agroholding" in Ukraine, which would be fixed by a certain normative legal act. It was found that modern
agricultural holding formations are the most competitive form of organization of agro-industrial production
in Ukraine, make a significant contribution to ensuring the food security of the state and increasing the
export potential of the agricultural sector. The advantages of agricultural holding companies compared to
other types of agricultural enterprises are substantiated. It was determined that agricultural holdings are
characterized by a vertically integrated structure of activity, which provides for the emergence and
functioning of complex integration relationships between the holding's participants and external entities
at the cross-industry level, as a result of which the efficiency of their activities increases. The largest
agricultural holdings in Ukraine in terms of revenue and land bank are singled out. The ranking of agricultural
holdings-leaders in the production of agricultural products, their areas of activity and specialization is
highlighted. It has been established that the creation of agricultural holding companies contributes to
establishing direct relations between participants,reducing material costs and increasing income, ensuring
the financial stability of structural elements, optimizing the process of profit distribution through the interaction of financial and credit institutions with production, as well as a favorable investment and tax
climate. The problems associated with the shortcomings of the organizational and functional activity of the
agricultural holding company as a subject of agricultural production are outlined. Measures are proposed
that will enable agricultural holding companies toensure a positive ecological, economic and social effect
in the conditions of sustainable development of agriculture and guaranteeing food security of the country.
