| dc.description | Necrobacteriosis limb lesions in cattle account for a substantial proportion of infectious disease and cause significant economic damage. Despite the large number of schemes designed to treat the disease, today there is a significant deficiency treatment and preventive measures in connection with the presence of a variety of etiological factors, which are often impossible to remove. Goal – to develop and test a comprehensive treatment necrobacteriosis lesions, to study the reaction of the acute phase of the inflammatory process and pathogenetic mechanisms of vascular-platelet hemostasis and fibrinolysis. Material for the study were bullheads weighing 250–350 kg for patients necrobacteriosis. Local treatment consisted of surgical treatment and the application of the ointment "Levomekol." Sick animals were divided into 4 groups: I - an antibiotic tseftioklin used to treat (1 mL/50 kg body weight, subcutaneously), and immunomodulatory avestim (0.3 ml/kg, sc); II - tseftioklin (1 mL/50 kg body weight, subcutaneously); III - avestim (0.3 ml/kg, subcutaneously); IV - control (only local treatment). All drugs in the experimental groups was applied once a day for three consecutive days. The animals were observed clinically and hematological blood samples was determined (number of erythrocytes, leukocytes, platelets, platelet aggregation), and the biochemical indicators (total protein, hemoglobin, fibrinogen, fibrin stabilizing factor, prothrombin index, protein C, nitrogen oxide, ceruloplasmin, malondialdehyde, fibrinolysis). Combined treatment necrobacteriosis with the use tseftioklin and avestim substantially shortens the duration of the phase-purulent inflammation and accelerates the recovery of animals at 1.5-fold (p <0.001) compared with control. In this fast were normalized hematologic parameters, reduced the number of circulating immune complexes, suggesting a positive effect on the hematopoietic system and cellular immunity. On the other hand the combination tseftioklin-avestim provides normalization balance of basic hemostasis indicators and acute-phase proteins, suggests that fast and effective reduction in the intensity of the inflammatory reaction and eliminate coagulopathy. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | У статті представлено обґрунтовані комплексні схеми лікування некробактеріозу у великої рогатої худоби із використанням антибіотика Цефтіоклін, імуномодулятора Авестим і мазі на гідрофільній основі Левомеколь. Доведено ефективність їх застосування, на основі клінічних, гематологічних та біохімічних даних, що супроводжується швидкою нормалізацією церулоплазміну, попередженням розвитку коагулопатій з підвищенням функціональної активності фібринолітичної ланки системи гемостазу. Застосування запропонованої схеми лікування дозволяє істотно зменшити тривалість лікування – в 1,6 рази, за відсутності рецидивів захворювання у віддаленому періоді спостережень. | uk_UA |
