Відповідність очікуванням споживачів - складова управління якістю вищої аграрної освіти

Abstract

Метою дослідження даної публікації є: встановлення очікування батьків абітурієнтів та сформулювати теоретико-методичні основи забезпечення конкурентоспроможності закладів вищої освіти аграрної сфери на ринку освітніх послуг, розробити рекомендації щодо напрямів її покращення. За результатами проведеного дослідження згідно очікувань батьків до якості освіти сформульовано управлінські рішення щодо покращення якості вищої аграрної освіти та підвищення конкурентоспроможності університету. The purpose of the study of this publication is: to establish the expectations of parents of applicants and to formulate theoretical and methodological foundations for ensuring the competitiveness of higher education institutions in the agricultural sector in the market of educational services, to develop recommendations for improvement. According to the results of the study, according to parents' expectations for the quality of education, management decisions were formulated to improve the quality of higher agricultural education and increase the competitiveness of the university.
