| Abstract: | У статті розглянуто основи та інструменти інвестиційної діяльності аграрних підприємств, як основного фактора їх економічного зростання і підвищення ефективності в умовах глобалізації. Особливу увагу присвячено таким інструментам як банківське кредитування і менеджмент. Висвітлюються питання формування інвестиційних ресурсів в сільському господарстві і розглядаються можливі інструменти інвестиційної діяльності на рівні підприємства. Здійснено аналіз останніх досліджень і публікацій на тему проблеми використання інструментів інвестиційної діяльності в аграрних підприємствах показує недостатнє вивчення питань класифікації та комплексного застосування цих інструментів. Аналізуються проблеми стратегічних напрямків інвестиційного забезпечення розвитку сільського господарства, оцінюється кредитоспроможність аграрних підприємств і такі інструменти їх інвестиційної діяльності як фінансовий лізинг, кредитне страхування, прямі іноземні інвестиції, заходи мінімізації інвестиційних ризиків. |
| Description: | The grounds and instruments of investment activity of agricultural enterprises, as a main factor of their economic growing and increase of efficiency in conditions of globalization, are considered in the article. Special attention is given to such instrument as a bank crediting and management. The issue of investment resources in agriculture and considered the possible investment instruments at the enterprise level. The analysis of recent research and publications on the problems of using tools investment in agricultural enterprises shows insufficient study of classification and comprehensive application of these instruments. The problems of strategic areas of investment support for agricultural development, evaluated the creditworthiness of agricultural enterprises and their investment tools such activities as financial leasing, credit insurance, foreign direct investment, measures to minimize investment risks. |
