dc.descriptionThe matarials of the conference analyzed the socio-psychological peculiarities of juvenile probation in Ukraine. Juvenile probation is carried out taking into account the age, psychological characteristics of minors and is aimed at ensuring their normal physical and mental development, prevention of aggressive behavior, motivation for positive personality changes and improvement of social relations. Probation for minors is carried out by the probation body in conjunction with children's agencies and services, special institutions and institutions providing their social protection and prevention of offenses. In addition, the probation body should prepare a pre-trial report on the accused, which should contain: information on the impact of crime-causing factors on behavior; recommendations on measures aimed at minimizing the risk of repeated criminal offenses. To do this, study the impact of criminogenic factors on the adolescent and recommends that judges take measures that will specifically help this child. This allows the court not to formally treat sentences for juvenile delinquency.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractУ матаріалах конференції проаналізовано соціально-психологічні особливості пробації щодо неповнолітніх в Україні. Ювенальна пробація здійснюється з урахуванням вікових, психологічних особливостей неповнолітніх і спрямована на забезпечення їхнього нормального фізичного і психічного розвитку, профілактику агресивної поведінки, мотивацію позитивних змін особистості та поліпшення соціальних стосунків. Пробацію щодо неповнолітніх здійснює орган пробації спільно з органами і службами у справах дітей, спеціальними установами та закладами, що забезпечують їх соціальний захист і профілактику правопорушень. Крім того, орган пробації має готувати досудову доповідь про обвинуваченого, яка повинна містити: інформацію про вплив криміногенних факторів на поведінку; рекомендації щодо заходів, спрямованих на мінімізацію ризику вчинення повторних кримінальних правопорушень. Для цього вивчає вплив криміногенних факторів на підлітка та рекомендує судді заходи, які допоможуть конкретно цій дитині. Це дає змогу суду не формально ставитися до винесення вироків у справах неповнолітніх.uk_UA
