Якість зерна пшениці м’якої ярої залежно від систем захисту посівів

Abstract

У статті наведено дані дослідження впливу систем захисту рослин на показники якості зерна пшениці м’якої ярої. Встановлено що, при використанні технології з мінімальним захистом рослин, вміст клейковини сорту Trizo був у межах 24,6-28,7%, білка – 10,9-13,4%, а у сорту KWS Shiroko - клейковини 26,5-30,3%, білка 12,0-14,2%. У сортів з оптимальною системою захисту вміст клейковини та протеїну становив 52,5-29,4% і 11,5-13,8 %, у Trizo і KWS Shiroko 27,3-31,0 % і 12,5-14,6 % відповідно. Ці показники зросли до 25,7-29,6% і 11,5-14,0% і 27,5-31,3% і 12,5-14,6% відповідно, із впровадженням комплексної системи захисту. The article presents the data from the study of the influence of crop protection systems on the quality indicators of wheat soft spring grain. It was found that when using the technology with minimal plant protection, the gluten content of Trizo variety was in the range of 24.6-28.7%, protein – 10.9-13.4%, and in KWS Shiroko variety - gluten 26.5-30.3%, protein 12.0-14.2%. In the varieties with the optimal protection system, the gluten and protein contents were 52.5-29.4% and 11.5-13.8%, and 27.3-31.0% and 12.5-14.6% in Trizo and KWS Shiroko, respectively. These indicators increased to 25.7-29.6% and 11.5-14.0% and 27.5-31.3% and 12.5-14.6%, respectively, with the introduction of a comprehensive protection system.
