| Abstract: | Наведено результати досліджень мутагенної дії органічних сполук (ДМУ1, ДМУ2, ДМУ3) різних концентрацій на ріст і розвиток рослин ріпаку ярого сорту Магнат. Встановлено, що обробка насіння розчинами цих сполук призводить до появи М2 змінених за морфологічними ознаками рослин, що зумовлено мутаціями та морфозами. Доведено можливість добору в М2 мутантів за господарсько цінними ознаками. |
| Description: | There are showed results of mutagenic influence of organic compounds (DMU1, DMU2, DMU3) in different concentrations on the growth and development of plants spring rape Magnat in this article. It was established that seed treating by solutions of these compounds leads to M2 modified by the morphological features of plants that is caused by mutations and morphosis. It was possibility of selection in M2 mutants for economically valuable traits. |
