Методичні підходи до оцінки інвестиційної діяльності сільськогосподарських підприємств

Abstract

Впровадження різних форм реальних і фінансових інвестицій у практичній діяльності сільськогосподарських підприємств здійснюється в рамках реалізації інвестиційних проектів і формування інвестиційного портфеля. Головною метою проекту є реалізація інвестицій, які відмінні як за своїм змістом, так і за способом залучення інвестиційних ресурсів. Вважаємо, що, розглядаючи питання оцінки інвестиційної діяльності суб‟єктів господарювання у сільському господарстві, необхідно проводити її із двох позицій: по-перше, оцінка інвестиційної привабливості регіону та конкретного підприємства; по-друге, здійснення розрахунку системи показників ефективності інвестиційного проекту. Виходячи із цього, необхідно узагальнити комплексний підхід до оцінки інвестиційної діяльності підприємств досліджуваної галузі, яка б дозволила інтегрально оцінити привабливість суб‟єкта господарювання та результативність процесу інвестування у конкретних умовах. Implementation of various forms of real and financial investment in practical activity of agricultural enterprises is carried out within the framework of realization of investment projects and formation of an investment portfolio. The main objective of the project is to implement investments that are different both in their content and in the way of attracting investment resources. We believe that, when considering the issue of evaluating the investment activity of business entities in agriculture, it is necessary to conduct it from two positions: firstly, an assessment of the investment attractiveness of the region and of a particular enterprise; and secondly, the calculation of the system of indicators of the effectiveness of the investment project.Proceeding from this, it is necessary to generalize a comprehensive approach to the assessment of investment activity of enterprises of the investigated industry, which would allowed to integrate assessment of the attractiveness of the subject of management and the effectiveness of the investment process in specific conditions.
