Україна є одним із ключових гравців світового аграрного ринку, посідаючи провідні позиції у виробництві та експорті зернових і олійних культур, соняшникової олії, кукурудзи та інших видів аграрної продукції. Все більшого значення набуває впровадження інноваційних інструментів, здатних радикально підвищити ефективність і безпеку зовнішньоекономічної діяльності. Методи. У статті застосовано системний підхід, який дав змогу комплексно розглянути інноваційні інструменти у зовнішній торгівлі агропродукцією. Використано методи порівняльного аналізу та узагальнення, що дозволили співставити міжнародний досвід із вітчизняною практикою та виявити ключові тенденції. Також використано логіко-структурний метод, який забезпечив визначення взаємозв’язку між інноваційними інструментами та результативністю зовнішньоекономічної діяльності. Результати. Дослідження показало, що використання цифрових платформ, електронних аграрних розписок та блокчейн-технологій суттєво підвищує прозорість та ефективність зовнішньоторговельних операцій. Встановлено, що впровадження інноваційної логістики, зокрема цифрових коридорів та смарт-логістики, зменшує транзакційні витрати на 10–15% і скорочує час доставки продукції. Аналіз досвіду ЄС та США підтвердив, що фінансові інновації, такі як агрооблігації та «зелені» інструменти, стимулюють залучення інвестицій і розширення експортних можливостей. Перспективи. Перспективи подальших досліджень інноваційних інструментів у розвитку зовнішньої торгівлі аграрною продукцією України полягають у поглибленому аналізі застосування цифрових технологій (big data, blockchain, AI) для підвищення прозорості та ефективності експортних операцій. Важливим напрямом є оцінка ролі інноваційної логістики та цифрових торговельних платформ у формуванні стійких експортних ланцюгів у контексті воєнних і глобальних ризиків. Доцільно також дослідити можливості інтеграції українських агровиробників у міжнародні інноваційні торговельні мережі та адаптацію кращих світових практик до національних умов. Описание: Introduction. Ukraine is one of the key players in the global agricultural market, occupying leading positions in the production and export of grain and oilseed crops, sunflower oil, corn and other types of agricultural products. The introduction of innovative instruments that can radically increase the efficiency and security of foreign economic activity is becoming increasingly important. Methods. The systematic approach that allows for a comprehensive consideration of innovative instruments in foreign trade in agricultural products is used in the article. Methods of comparative analysis and generalization are used, which allowed comparing international experience with domestic practice and identifying key trends. A logical and structural method is also used, which provided a definition of the relationship between innovative instruments and the effectiveness of foreign economic activity. Results. The study showed that the use of digital platforms, electronic agricultural receipts and blockchain technologies significantly increases the transparency and efficiency of foreign trade operations. It was found that the implementation of innovative logistics, in particular digital corridors and smart logistics, reduces transaction costs by 10–15% and shortens the time for product delivery. An analysis of the experience of the EU and the USA confirmed that financial innovations, such as agricultural bonds and ―green‖ instruments, stimulate investment attraction and expansion of export opportunities. Discussion. Prospects for further research into innovative instruments in the development of foreign trade in agricultural products of Ukraine consist in an in-depth analysis of the use of digital technologies (big data, blockchain, AI) to increase the transparency and efficiency of export operations. An important direction is the assessment of the role of innovative logistics and digital trade platforms in the formation of sustainable export chains in the context of military and global risks. Розкрито зміст цифрової трансформації як комплексного процесу впровадження цифрових технологій, спрямованого на підвищення ефективності управління, оптимізацію виробничо-логістичних операцій і прискорення інформаційних потоків. Окреслено ключові економічні переваги цифровізації, зокрема зниження транзакційних витрат, підвищення продуктивності, формування нових бізнес-моделей, розширення доступу до даних та зростання прозорості фінансових операцій. Digital transformation is conceptualized as a holistic, systemic, and strategically oriented process that encompasses the integration of cutting-edge digital technologies into operational workflows, managerial practices, financial decision-making systems, production chains, and corporate communication environments. The study demonstrates that digitalization contributes to strengthening managerial flexibility, improving the quality and speed of analytical processes, enhancing the resilience of production systems, and increasing the adaptive capacity of corporate structures under volatile market conditions. Additionally, digital transformation facilitates the creation of interconnected information environments, enabling advanced monitoring, automation of routine operations, predictive analytics, and more effective coordination between financial and industrial segments of FICs. The article provides detailed insights into the principal economic advantages stimulated by digital transformation, including reductions in operational and transaction costs, improvements in productivity and resource efficiency, the emergence of new value-creation models, and the expansion of innovation-driven competitiveness. Описание: The article provides an expanded and comprehensive analysis of the transformative impact of blockchain technologies on the digital modernization of agribusiness management, emphasizing their growing importance as a foundational element of next-generation information systems in the agricultural sector. In modern agribusiness, effective management requires continuous access to reliable, structured, and verifiable information; however, traditional centralized systems are increasingly unable to meet rising expectations regarding data integrity, transparency, cybersecurity, and interoperability. Fragmented information channels and the lack of unified data standards create conditions of informational asymmetry, reduce trust among stakeholders, and hinder the development of resilient and competitive agricultural enterprises. Blockchain technology addresses these limitations by introducing decentralized, tamper-proof, and chronologically ordered data structures capable of recording transactions, operational events, and managerial decisions with maximal accuracy and independence from third-party interference. The study demonstrates that smart contracts significantly enhance the efficiency of internal and interorganizational processes by automating verification, contractual enforcement, compliance monitoring, and operational reporting. Blockchain-enabled traceability systems ensure reliable tracking of agricultural products from input procurement to final consumption, thereby strengthening supply chain transparency and enabling rapid identification of risks, inconsistencies, or fraudulent activities. The technology also supports real-time coordination between producers, processors, logistics operators, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions through unified and synchronized data flows.Particular attention is given to the ability of blockchain to reduce transaction costs associated with data validation, document authentication, communication delays, and redundant administrative procedures. The findings confirm that the integration of decentralized ledger technologies substantially expands the analytical capabilities of agribusinesses, increases accuracy in managerial decision-making, and strengthens institutional trust across agri-food value chains.
